Weekly Yoga Classes

Join my weekly yoga sessions designed to connect with nature and enhance well-being. From May to September, classes will be held outdoors, surrounded by greenery and soothing sounds. From October to April, we'll move indoors to a cozy community space equipped for comfort and mindfulness. Open to all skill levels, my classes foster a supportive environment where we explore yoga's transformative power together.
