Hello & Welcome!

I'm Nicola and I believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. These feelings inform and guide my core teachings and practices. I focus on helping clients better connect to themselves, the natural environment, and the universal energies because we are all connected and ONE. I offer a variety of services, classes, workshops, and more to help all of my clients achieve the mind, body, spirit connection.

I started my yoga journey in 2015 and in 2019 completed the Hatha Yoga Teacher training with British School of Yoga and am currently studying for my Meditation Teacher Diploma with Centre Of Excellence. I have been sharing my practice and teaching yoga since 2018 around Torbay. I am passionate about making yoga accessible to ALL and supporting my community's wellness through my lived experiences and love for my heritage.

I have spent the last 5 years working with schools around The Bay introducing the basics of yoga and how yoga can relieve stress and anxiety to both students and teachers. Some of the schools I have worked with include Eden Park Nursery & Primary Shcool, Brixham Community College, and Coombe Pafford School. I worked with Urban Yogis UK (2020-2023) a youth and Community organisation that aims to share Yoga to help support & improve people's mental and physical health. I worked with Bluebell Care Trust a charity (2019-2023) offering free yoga for mum's struggling with their emotional well-being and trained with them to become a peer support worker sharing my lived experience and supporting women 1-to-1.

In April 2024 I became a Geopark Associate Partner for the English Riviera UNESCO Global Geopark and within my role I hope to help raise awareness of our UNESCO designation, and the importance of Torbay’s geological heritage both in history and society today. Being a 3rd generation family member who has grown up in Brixham I have a strong sense of pride in our beautiful home and aim to help our community receive the health and well-being benefits of connecting with nature and the sea.

My passion for yoga grew as I saw the physical benefits when it helped to heal an ongoing knee injury and how my mind found clarity through the continuous spiritual journey that yoga offers. The philosophies of yoga fascinate me and how these ancient teachings are still so relevant in today's day and age. I aim to use my journey to help others find a deep spiritual awakening. Yoga provides us with the tools needed to help heal the mind, body & spirit. I truly believe that yoga is for everyone and is a powerful tool to bring balance into our lives. What I love most about my yoga sessions is that everyone is welcome and has a wide range of abilities and ages from 20 to 80! A safe space for us all to practice loving kindness and compassion for both ourselves and each other.

I have also developed a unique style of combining my passion for well-being and my Polynesian roots to create 'Polynesian Wellness' which embraces the aloha way of living in harmony with the people and land around you with mercy, sympathy, grace, and kindness. Bringing together the art of dance and the mindfulness of yoga. I have been blessed to have danced professionally with The Kiribati & Tuvalu Association and Beats of Polynesia traveling around Europe and Caribbean sharing my Pacific culture and their philosophies.
